Eagle Flight from Ubisoft can be played from muti-VR platform

VR device is still counted as a luxury item in the gaming industry today. Apart from the presence of Playstation VR which is currently counted as the most affordable of all, especially for the asian market, this is the future of the gaming industry and is still a need space to grow and develop. But what happened this time, for a new product, it is calculated at a little worrisome. Three commercial products available today - Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PSVR  comes with an exclusive game. But with VR multiplatform game plan that will be their future releases, Ubisoft tried to break this limit.



In their official blog, Ubisoft is present with the news quite surprising. They make sure that every game VR them in the future with multiplayer content, both Eagle Flight VR already released, or Werewolves Within and Star Trek: Brigde Crewn are still planned, will support cross-platform features. Absolutely, this means that gamers with PSVR device, Rift, or Vive will be able to play together. Ubisoft mentions that this is indeed the targets they planned from the beginning when trying to enter this market.

Eagle Flight VR itself is available for PSVR and Oculus Rift at the time this article was written and will be released for Vive at December 20, 2016. Werewolves Within itself will be released on December 6, and Star Trek: Bridge Crew on March 14, 2017.
